YOLANY ALVARADO, ATTORNEY AT LAW and CEO

Yolany Alvarado was received from Santa María La Antigua a private university in Panama in 1997.  In 1998, the Supreme Court of Panama granted her license to practice law throughout the Republic of Panama
In 1998 she was appointed Court´s clerk.  During her years of service, she served as a Judge and Judge´s assistant.
She has been involved in the private practice for 5 years now being a partner of Alvarado Palacios y Asociados, a well known law firm.
She has published 2 books The Arbitration Institution in Panama and The Agreement as Means to Finish Bankruptcy Proceedings., both published in 2000.  These books were sold at Arrochas Pharmacies, Exedra Books and Universal Books.
She has also written several articles that were published by the Supreme Court´s Journal.

Recognizing the real estate boom of Panama, in 2005 she decided to get involved in assisting her international clients in getting mortgages in Panama.  The idea of her performing as a mortgage broker was instantly accepted by all major real estate developers and brokers with incredible success.

She is a member of the Panamanian Association of Brokers and Real Estate Developers (ACOBIR) and performs also as the official legal Consultant of this association.

GABRIEL MORENO, ATTORNEY AT LAW, MBA.

Graduated from the prestigious San Agustín of Panama City (Degree in Science and Philosophy).

Graduated from Universidad de Panama (Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science). and Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Republic of Argentina (Specialized in Business Law and Master’s Degree in Private Law).

Author: Procedures and Execution Requirements of literary works, scientific and artistic before the Registry of Copyrights and Connected Rights (Graduation Thesis).

In addition is a columnist for the newspaper My Journal.

Professional Practice: General practice of Law, Corporate and Society Law; Inmigration, Copyrights Law, Industrial Property, Civil and Legal Lawsuits.

Languages: Spanish and English.

MILAGROS MICHELLE GARCIA – Credit Analist.

Attend the study of a Degree in Software Developing in the Technological University of Panama.

Three years of experience in the management of Mortgage Loan for Latin American foreigners and English speakers and Analyst of credit for foreigners.

Handling of the English and Spanish languages.
